US Presidential Election 2024 - Trump vs Harris - Vote Hard with a Vengence

I will concede that polls by themselves aren’t a guarantee, but Selzer (whose company conducted said poll) has been correct within the margin of error for the last 4 elections. Iowa has traditionally been red so if they swing blue, it’ll be interesting to see which other states do too.

Other forums have suggested that with the internal migration from places like CA and NY to places like NC, SC, CO, and elsewhere due to property prices, those states may see their traditional voting patterns change due to the new residents.
The wildcard would be if something has happened that’s Iowa specific and which causes some divergence from the other midwestern states.

tariff war with China and retaliation on American farmers?
I doubt something that generalized would cause a significant split in trends between states. I’m not even speculating that that’s the case; just throwing out another possibility.

farming would think you could group Illinois and Indiana in there for sure?

Nice. What about if he wins?
Kamala concedes and urges Trump to be a president "for the people" with an emphasis on the women. Liberals cry (literally). A bunch of Trump bros go on a drunken tirade downtown sucker punching random people they deem to be Harris supporters while yelling "LET'S GOOOO" and filming it on Tik Tok (Trump will later pardon them).

Dave Chapelle and Chris Rock re-enact their 2016 sketch on SNL.

So, instead of addressing the actual criminal charges and findings, you’re out here spinning up a web of who really 'poisoned the well'? That sounds like the classic 'blame anyone but Trump' playbook in action.
By all means go after criminals - apply the law uniformly and universally, or equally uniformly and universally refrain from doing so.

Don't expect people to ignore hoaxes used to substantiate investigative efforts or to bootstrap false claims into respectability, though.

Recent IA polls.

Nov 1-2 by Emerson College: Trump +9 (head-to-head only)
Oct 28-31 by Selzer: Harris +3 (3% to Kennedy)

Typical headline: "Trump losing in IA!"

I couldn't write anything so revealing of mass propagandizing on the part of media, and of mass stupidity on the part of people who think they are informed.

Ok well now I'm 100% certain she's going to win:

I had to see her Xpage to make sure it was real and I misread her following entry as "every single toke makes a difference",

I hadn't seen anything previous about such a policy initiative and thought it may be a last minute play, but . . .

On October 14, 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris unveiled her plan she would enact as president to legalize cannabis on a national level . . .

George W Bush smokes him at the inauguration, turns to Vance and says “Now watch this drive …”

Toronto Star predicts a Trump win for three reasons...

Reason one: neck-and-neck national polling means advantage Trump.

Reason two: Pennsylvania.

Third, the Trump formula has worked.
