LPC leadership race - 2025

Since an appeal is an option, until she does that, no court will likely hear her case as she hasn't used her other legal options yet.
She posted yesterday that her appeal was denied. Nothing on her twitter since then about actually taking it to court, and she has posted a few times since, FWIW.

I was under the understanding from reading that the appeal was to a court, if the court denied it, she might have a hard time pursuing further legal action

The Liberal Party constitution speaks of a Permanent Appeals Committee. I would infer that she tried that first. I’d be astonished if a court had heard it so far, plus we would probably see that fact reported with reference to a Federal Court ruling.
