Canada orders dissolution of two companies for national security reasons

Doesn’t exactly scream National Security issue, unless the technology was migrating again…

I’m sure there’s lots more to it than that. An ICA assessment will include weigh-in by various government agencies that work in the NS space. We’ll never get to see the reason for the decision save for any part of it that might theoretically get released in non-classified court decisions.
