Trump administration 2024-2028

After the last 8 years, I'd only appoint my trusted inner circle too.

I'd spend the next 4 years taking these establishments apart and re-building them.

The Atlantic weighs in on Patel as FBI Director:

"Trump’s nomination of Kash Patel threatens to turn the FBI into an instrument of personal presidential power."

David Frum is spreading disinformation here. If you want to hear what Kash Patel plans to do as FBI Director, you can hear him state it directly on the Shawn Ryan podcast and it is the opposite of turning it into a personal instrument of presidential power.

Sometimes I wonder who these people (like Frum) are really working for... outright lies like this are seditious.

It was pre-appointment podcast, but sure.

Patel will never match Hoover ... he has no Irish blood!
Or, very likely, his fashion sense.

Meanwhile, a Chinese national "crypto entrepreneur" gives Trump & Co. $30M for the right to own tokens he can't do anything with but own ....
... and in case the name sounds familiar, he's apparently into the arts, too.

What are the particularly controversial things he’s said?

It was reported that when Trudeau said the tariffs would wreck Canada's economy, Trump replied that if Canada can't survive without ripping off the US to the tune of $100B every year then maybe it should be become the 51st state... which I think is a little shallow thinking.... it would make more sense that each province became a state.... helmet on

And if the Mexican drug problem could be brought under control, roll that country in as well. The country of North American would be the greatest country that ever existed.
To tell Trump that it would wreck our economy is the wrong thing to say to him. Better to say how it will damage their economy.
