Not so long ago, there was at least one freaky typo in QR&O 103.60 (CONDUCT TO THE PREJUDICE OF GOOD ORDER AND DISCIPLINE).

In the notes the term "good order" was misspelled as "goof order". Most printed copies still contain this and many other typos.
