That's the proper link   ;)

What if you don't have access to a swimming pool?  Is there an exercise that can replace this?

This is a good one as well - http://www.navyseals.com/community/navyseals/navysealworkout_main.cfm

These workouts sound good maybe I should try them out... :) I also don't have access to a pool. So if there are any work-outs like this one that don't require a pool can you please post them??

thanks

I don't know that only doing pushups, situps, chin-ups is an ideal workout routine...

Where is the lower body training, not to mention less isolated and repetitive upper body work?

That's a good point. maybe I'll just add it on to the one I normally do I'm not sure what it's called pretty sure it's total boby flexibility or something it works deltiods, thighs, calves, biceps, forearms, back, and triceps. And it's all using resistance bands and stuff you find around the house there should be a site but I don't know what it is.

I do the seal workout every once in a while for a change.  I usually alternate the seal program with a leg workout.  If you can't swim no worries, there is enough running to keep you busy.
Other good spots for some work out ideas are:

From a site just like our beloved army.ca

I do this once a week just before my off day.
I do it more as a fitness guage then anything else, just to see where my improvements are made etc.
Anyhow, giver a go.

I prefer doing body weight resistance type of exercises like the navy seal one, or the SAS fighting fit or the RM Fighting fit.
Not much of a gym-head in that I don't stare at myself in the mirror while I'm lifting dumbells and chat up the girls at the front desk, but I'm in there everyday doing some kind of circuit.
