How to prepare my self for SQ/BIQ

My MOC is infantry, and i was recently told by some  guys that BMQ is nothing compare to SQ/BIQ. I am posted to LFCA Meaford and i will be doing my SQ/BIQ. I am worried I'm not physically prepared due to the lack of PT we got in basic because of the H1N1 regulations from St. Jean. Our PT was completely cut off in the last 4 weeks of training.... now im home for the holidays and I'm hitting the gym 3 times weekly but i don't know if that's enough.
How do i prepare my self?
