I can neither rebut nor agree with you on a public forum. This is the point where I have to take my leave from this thread.

Totally understand and I wasn’t trying to put you in an awkward spot.
I have zero idea of what Sikorsky’s response will be, I just put myself in their shoes based on what I have googled from the net, and some previous incidents that occurred with other OEM Military suppliers down here.

Who says it is Military? The fact that this happened in Louisiana almost guarantees that this was an oil field helicopter.
