You guys got me on the tank, and soldier thing. But the politics of the day are horrible. Harper is our best bet but even hes pretty weak. Dion if hes elected you can pretty much kiss the CF good bye, same with layton.
I dont understand why defence is not PM top priority, its the most important thing. We have the most coastline in the world, and our navy is not even close to being strong enough to defend it. Maybe if our espirit de corps was better, if our military looked more professional, through uniforms, drill, and being fit not fat, which ive seen alot of fat soldiers and dont understand how that can be, o ya the current forces require 19 PUSHUPS i no people in gade 8 that can do that. Standards also must be changed, and i dont think im alone on that one. IF you want to attract a younger audiance then you need to look good. Look at the USMC uniforms, absoluty astonishing, how good do they look when doing drill, i had freinds at my house when that commercial came on you no the one where they were called lethernecks the were called devil dogs but above all there called marines and when they saw the drill they were like WTF that looks so cool i wish i could join them.
