The list goes on. I'm angry because my career is at a standstill and the RCMP refuses to deal truthfully with me or entertain the career path I want despite me having the KSAs they want. They want to put me back on GD in some Lower Mainland Detachment as they're all screaming for bodies, but nobody in management is willing to actually think about why nobody in the force wants to be on GD anymore. I am once again looking at employment outside of law enforcement, dependent on what I'm given out of Surrey.
