Personally, I am glad that there is a break at Christmas.  My kids are glad that I'll be able to get home to see them, and I think from their perspective, they will need to see that I am ok.  As far as gaining weight and everything, we'll just all have to use a little will-power and not pig-out...

I have seen bracelets at a store by my house, but they are out of stock now.  They don' t specify Canada or US on them.  Are they the ones you are talking about?  They are camo and say "Support Our Troops".
