Does anyone know where I can get vibrams done in the Montreal area? (and for not too expensive)?

Most decent cobblers will be able to do boot resoling to put vibrams on your boots.  

For authorized Vibram repair shops have a look at:
http://www.vibram.us/repairconsumer/default.asp
and search for shops in the 'PQ' field
