Here is a post I found and thought I would pass along,  when I see more info as to Internet site / URL to connect to I'll update.
this was posted on http://www.veteranvoice.info/bulletinboard.htm if you want to check occasionally yourself.

"Webinar - Modern Veteran in the 21st Century - Tuesday, 8 March, from 1200 to 1400 hours  Ontario  time!

Please read and share Pat Stogran 's note below. He asked me to assist him in spreading the word!

"Could I use your fan-out system to send out a "webinar" we are putting on next week at Hart House at the University of Toronto .  We are bringing together a panel comprised of a noted historian, military person (TBC because Dallaire bailed yesterday), an expert in rehab and a rep from the Department to talk about the treatment of the Modern Veteran in the 21st Century.

We are going to stream it live on the internet so that veterans across the Country can participate.  We are hoping to generate answers as well as ideas regarding all sorts of issues that concern our modern veteran.  I am sure that it will be very informative for everyone so I would appreciate it if you could start "beating your jungle drum".  It will take place Tuesday, 8 March, from 1200 to 1400 hours Ontario time!  We are working out the technical details now, but I SUSPECT it will be broadcast."

publique et groupe de discussion

On behalf of Veterans Ombudsman, Patrick B. Stogran, we would like to

inform you of two events designed to draw attention to the fair

treatment of Veterans and to promote dialogue on Veteran`s issues.

I encourage you to participate in one or both, and look forward to your

involvement.

Patrick B. Stogran will be in Toronto from March 8 -10, 2010 to

participate in a number of special events as part of his series of Town

Hall meetings being held across Canada. The purpose of these Town Halls

is to provide Veterans and their families with the opportunity to

discuss issues of importance, including the New Veterans Charter.

On Tuesday, March 9, at University of Toronto’s Hart House, the

Ombudsman will take part in a public panel discussion with a focus on

Veterans issues. The panel will feature Brigadier-General Joe Sharpe

(ret’d); John Raulston-Saul; Darragh Mogan, Director General, VAC

Policy & Research; and Wolfgang Zimmerman, founder and head of the

National Institute of Disability Management and Research.

The theme of the panel discussion, Caring for Canada's Veterans:

Traditional Issues and 21st Century Challenges, will focus on the

historical relationship between Canada and its veterans and Canada’s

obligation for the fair treatment of all veterans.

This event will take place from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm on March 9th and

will be streamed live on the Web. Members of the public with access to

the Internet will have an opportunity to follow the discussions

and to post their questions to the Ombudsman and other panellists.

Also on Tuesday, the Ombudsman will lead a Town Hall at the Moss Park

Armoury, 130 Queen St. E., Toronto beginning at 7:00 pm.
