Trudeau Popularity - or not (various polling, etc.)

I think it will be Trudeau. I see no sign of him leaving on his own accord. Even if caucus does vote him off the island, I see him saying “That’s nice” and continuing on as normal.

He is living in his own reality distortion field. Others have said this about him even before he entered politics.
I think eventually even the advisors who drove the Ontario Liberal Party to oblivion who now advise & direct him will admit the problem and convince him to (gracelessly) withdraw, at which point he will become the John Diefenbaker of the LPC, perpetually undermining his successors.

They can’t vote him off the Liberal Island, but indirectly they could vote with Poilievre against the confidence of the Government and thus indirectly result in an end to Trudeau’s rule…but at a cost of being seen to side with the enemy.

only if they get a chance to vote. Trudeau can milk the system for a long time without ever having a vote in Parliament

Which is why I can’t see this happening. Any Liberal MP that votes non-confidence couldn’t possibly be so deluded that they will still have a political career after doing so.

All kinds of MP’s are deluded into thinking that if Trudeau voluntarily walked the plank and they had a new leader that they would hold onto their seats. But Trudeau doesn’t listen to them.

Based on what I’m hearing, Katie Telford is only letting in those who think he should stay talk to him.

The advisors are maintaining the reality distortion field.

I think he means the 500+ Million spent to hotel Refugee claimants in 2022 ( last year that records indicate) while Canadian born down on their luck, Addicts, Veterans and other more worthy Citizens are living on Couches, if lucky, or cardboard and ten dollar tents.
I hear a train a comin, Liberals better beware.

Exactly that. Tanks.

I could see a number of them taking a long lunch during a vote and not being around to participate or being stuck in an elevator or locked in a bathroom.

Very few, if any, liberals will have any kind of political career after this term anyway. They might as well break the furniture on the way out the door to oblivian.

Sad that we let a nation destroyer so much free license that we've gone from being a first world country to a third world one. Don't worry about the kids and their million dollar trust funds, private educations and automatic entry into the world of elite existence. These kids will never know or experience having only two meals of cornflakes every day, food banks, hand me down clothes, shit medical or any of the other trials and tribulations of normal Canadian kid. Chances are they have already been infected with the Laurentien Elitist brain worm and could care less what the common peons are saying, doing or experiencing.
