I searched and found no answer to my question.
I just passed my officer review and they contacted me saying it went well. However they informed me that the CO wants to meet with me.

Is this normal? i'm a little nervous....

Are you joining a reserve unit (I'm assuming that you are)? Don't worry, it's not out of the ordinary and nothing to be worried about.

Be confident, dress nicely and make sure you have a good understanding (as much as a civvie could know, of course) about the unit, what it does and some of its history.

Hey Procrast,

It is normal, the CO was present to my interview as well... maybe he was just too busy or not available for your first interview, and if the Officers liked you, it is normal that the CO wants to see you to make the final decision.

Wear nothing less than a suit, be very polite, and everything will be fine.
