stage 4 "assessment" completed

question,does anyone know for sure that if the word "assessment" shows up after the name or type of your disability in stage 4 on the "my vac account" that it means your were given a favorable decision?this is when it shows "completed" as the status of stage 4.waiting on my decision letter,thanks!

There is no stage 4. Did you check your my vac account inbox? The letter may be in there.
