I have a 130 in Radio chatter......That's a bummer they should count them.

Why? Radio Chatter does not contribute anything to the CF hence they don't count.

Your member status doesn't do much, but it does determine the number of PMs you can keep hanging around in your inbox. I've updated George's post with the details, here:
