Personal stories about EMCA's joining cf

Well im an EMCA whos been a reserve (infantry) for 3 years and put in a CT over a year ago. All the paper work and interviews have been done. I've been told they are just reviewing my PLAR right now but that's been going for 2 months.

Just wondering if anyone's gone through this situation and what kind of offer was recieved? How long did it take for the CT? Is there anything to be done to speed it up or start working now and wait for course?

Just to clarify;  Your CTing Reserve to Regular and changing trades from Infantry to Med Tech ?

I actually have my engr QL3 done but I moved to a city with only infantry regt, so i've been doing infantry taskings for the passed 2 years.
