Meteo tech

Does anbody know about this trade? I was offered  it for compulsory reassingment .Sounds iteresting and somehow enticing for me..Any meteo techs, married to ones, etc here?

You are right, does sound interesting, and to boot, it is a civilian transferable skill. I know we praised and cursed our met guys  ;D

i see...You know,i don't have any civilian skills,pertaining to meteo tech...I just have to change trades,you see. And I just had an appointment with BPSO today and  she is going to give me a confirmation in a week or so. Meanwhile I am trying to learn more about this trade -and official DND site doesn't give too much info.And where I  am stationed  now there is no any airfield and I don't know any meteo techs...
