Looking for an optic-mounted flip-to-side universal camera mount

I'll start by saying I couldn't think of a title that was less wordy and equally appropriate; so my apologies.

I've seen snipers using them (in Canada, anyway), what it is is a device that allows you to have a camera mounted in a flip-to-side configuration behind a weapon sight/spotting scope. I can't recall much more about it, except I recall the Master Sniper saying that it was about 60$, available for purchase, just look for NSN xxxx (it was verbal, I can't recall). I've looked high and low but I've been unable to find something like this.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about or where to source some?
