Yeah thankfully the test administrator is an actual working medic so he even said it's really a picture perfect scenario for the test. Pts are a lot heavier on average thesedays too... Avg is 300lbs statistically speaking. But it at least weeded out the REALLY weak. I'm a woman but I still find it frustrating working with other women who left the province to test where it's easier in Nova Scotia to skirt through... It's shitty when I end up having to ask for a lift assist where it normally wouldn't be needed. Thankfully so far that hasn't been the norm and one girl who was brand new I spoke to her about it and she took up more lifting at the gym and improved. She's a gem of a kid hahaha (she's still just barely 20)
