Elimination of the hull tech trade. COT?

With the elimination of the Hull Technician trade in the new year does anyone know if they will qualify for a compulsory occupational transfer? The trade MOC is slated to be deleted..

We're not hearing anything of that sort, or to be quite frank much of anything of substance at all.
