I'm currently on my CAF application and have cleared my medical and interview. For now, they told me I don't need security clearance now. I'm wondering I have an enormous debt I paid on time but I want to eliminate my debt asap. I want to file a consumer proposal to pay off my debts. I am not sure what the best way is if I will be disqualified because I have debts or if I will be disqualified if I file a consumer proposal to eliminate the debt ASAP.
