Going off the last CANFORGEN I saw for support postions within CANSOF units, all you need for PT testing during the application process is the Express Test. Before Supporters wishing to go CSOR had to do the Day 1 Express Test, Swim Test, Day 2 BFT.
As for what is done during any Support Indoc courses, that wouldnt be out for release to members outside of CANSOF. Swim test may not be part of the application process, but it may be something to do later on so be prepared for that.
If you really are interested in CANSOF units, you may want to actually put the effort in to doing the research yourself as it is easy to find. As well you can email the CANSOF unit recruiters for any info you can't find off the CANSOF websites.
