Crossfit?

Has anyone on here tried the Crossfit program? I hear it works wonders but was wondering if anyone's been through a session or two. I go for my free drop in tommorow morning, if it's any good I'll do it for the 5 months I'm still home before BMQ.

This one's my local Xfit but they have at least one in every major city in Canada.

Nope.  Never heard of it.

The guys here do it on the ship, it's pretty intense and it gets results.
