Boxing troops?

Anyone here box? I am getting back into it again. What I need to find is a mp3 format "timer/beeper" that I can play on the CD Player while I am doing my rounds. 3 minute rounds, one off, 12 rounds in total, is what I am looking for.

I can't stand looking at the clock by the 7th round, my mind by then is N/S. (Zombie mode)  ;D

This maybe a ... Cheap way of doing it
but if I understand your question, why dont you just use the recorder on your comp record a beep at 3 min intervals
and convert the .WAV file it comes with into .MP3 and burn it to a CD

I think you would only have to do it once then copy and paste the sound file at the 3 min mark

Always type the most key word FIRST in a google search.

Thus I typed MP3  first, since boxing brings up way to many other posts.    MP3 boxing timer rounds  I think was my search

Anyway enjoy.
