I am in the process of joining the Reserves and tried clicking on some of the links but they don't seem to work (e.g. the link for the "Stand-by" Military Flights: http://rcaf.mil.ca/en/8-wing/2-air-movements-sqn/travel/2-air-mov-sqn-travel.page?) and was wondering how does one get access to these websites? Will I get access to a VPN or Military Laptop if I join as Class A Reserve to access the internal websites? Just curious as many benefit links are not accessible

That's a DWAN only link and you likely will only be able to access it at work. As a brand new military member, you likely won't have an account until you finish BMQ, and definitely not a laptop to take home.
