That's the decade of darkness speech is it not?

To tell you the truth I never watched Hillier's speech all the way through. The ones I personally liked were Jack Granatstein and Gen.Shoomaker,a physically impressive man and US Army head cheese. Seems Rummy brought him out of retirement to push Rummy's idea of a light mobile new military. If you watch his speech it is pure American.

I was at the meeting. It's too bad they didn't post the speech made by a British General (former head of forces in Iraq) it was really, really good.
