Thanks for clearing that up PuckChaser. Any employer can add the yellow ribbon to their ad if they're interested in hiring military members. Doesn't have to be in the construction industry. I believe the guy spearheading this initiative is the site supervisor from the Holmes on Holmes show?

Got my instructions today! Let the clearing out begin! Now I just have to figure out my new cap badge and slip-ons. I know Const Tech's wear the engineer beaver for cap badge and I believe they wear the "engineers" slip-on and not the ones that say Canada. Can anyone confirm this?
