Linking from menu at top to sub-boards
« on: May 05, 2006, 16:52:45 »

I would like to start out by saying that I was completely away from January to the third week of April. I'm still getting used to the changes.

Anyways, my point is that you used to be able to go directly from the top menu to the recruiting board, then there would be links to the various sub-boards, like say CSS is right now:

When I go to the recruiting board now, all there is, is the main board, no links to the various sub-boards. I can see that there are new replies in the sub-boards, but to me it seems less direct to get to them. (as how I surf on this site anyways)

They are no longer sub boards, you can get to them all from the main page now.

Oh, I see.

I have always considered this page army.ca to be the main page, not http://forums.army.ca/

My mistake. :-[ I'll go back to working on my list then.

I didn't want to make the drop list any longer by adding all the sub forums, so it's a bit of a compromise.

As for "main page" well, I guess that's open to interpretation. :)
