Wow, that's crazy that a group of private citizens figured it out. Not really following the solution, but with how insane it sounds bit surprised he never got caught. Wonder if he just got killed in a car crash or something fairly pedestrian.

That's got to be a big feather in their cap though, pretty crazy how long it went before getting decoded.
