so, I broke my hand 2 years ago, but failed to mention it on the medical interview, I was extremely nervous, and pretty much went blank, it was not on purpose. I have no idea what I should do, becasue I do not want to be dishonest with them at all, any help at all would be good.

Well, I'm sure one of the more experienced members will have something more concrete, but:

If it were me, I'd call my Recruiter and say "Could you let the MO know that I forgot to note that I broke my hand a couple of years ago? I'm not sure how relevant it is, but with nerves and everything, I totally forgot about it. I remembered and wanted to make sure it got noted. Thanks!"

Don't do it if it doesn't bother you.  You forgot to tell the recruiter.. no big deal.

Yes and no

It could be used against him as irregular or false enrollment...

I doubt this would make much of a difference unless they were
searching for a reason to get rid of him.

This sort of irresponsible advice will get you in trouble.

Follow the advice of muskrat89, and you will be fine.  It is no big deal, until some day when they take X-rays and begin to ask questions about the fracture that will show up.  To be morbid, that may be a method to identify your body in the event of your untimely death.  In another scenario, it is a broken bone and it is not likely to have any effect on a young soldier, but later when arthritis creeps in, it may.  If that is a case, and it develops prematurely, you will be caught up in a lie.

Give them a call and tell them about it.

To further clarify what muskrat and George are telling you, read over this thread;

Holding back info. on your medical test

I agree with muskrat89 and George. I think if you are honest with them it will not be a big deal. If you withhold the information and they find out, that would be a big deal. These things happen and I am sure they appreciate that some are nervous during the process. I am sure you will be fine and in fact, they will respect your honesty.
