Who do you think is the worlds most popular person....

Im willing to say the American President....
jesus doesnt count :P

It's Japanese singer Noriko Sakai. She is regarded as the most popular person in China both in name and reality by the Chinese music magazine "Music world". So adding up her fans in China (1.3 Billion) with her fans in Japan (127 Million) makes her the most popular person in the world (1.45 Billion). At least the most popular person who is not a religious figure (Christianity 2.1 Billion).

And for all these years I bet you never thought that information would come in handy Bart.

I know I was inflating the numbers somewhat ( I doubt everyone in China and Japan is a fan of hers), but if you are the most popular person in China you definitely have a head start on everyone else. Except maybe the most popular person in India (Amitabh Bachchan).
All the best,
Bart

Well, she is cute.  She can sing.  If she keeps her clothes on, I'm a fan.
