Hello everyone, this is my very first post (hurray) so sorry if I put this in the wrong subcategory or any other mistake.  :-X

So I'd like to explain before I repeat my question again.
I did the CFAT and passed for Bosun, which is the position I wanted. After this, I filled the substance sheet, which I was honest on. Due to the nature of my situation, had to wait for November 2.
During my wait a couple days ago, I guess my step-father called the recruiting center and was advised that I have a fitness test on Wednesday (tomorrow) and then a fitness exam on Monday (November 2).

As for my question, I have research both on Google and the forum's and have been unable to find where the fitness test is done at. I am located near London, Ontario where I did my test.
Is the gym located in the recruiting center? Is there another address? It's a bit sudden for me so I'm in a bit of a crunch to get all the details together for this.
Any other advise is appreciated...
Thanks to the replies I do get.
Cheers.

When I did mine in 2011. My medical and my fitness test where done at  wolseley barracks. The medical was done at the clinic and the test was done at the gym.

But what I'd do I'd just call the recruiting center and confirm that it is still there, when I applied they sent me satellite map with all the buildings named so it was extremely easy to figure it out. If you can't get a hold of anyone at the recruiting center, you could also try calling the reserve unit you are applying to and ask the recruiter. It isn't their job but they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Good luck

Edit:
I reviewed your posting history and it seems you are applying for the reg force, why are you doing a pt test before basic? Only reservists do a pt test before they swear in. Your step-father likely mixed something up when he played broken telephone for you.

Call your file manager right away and figure it out, something is mixed up.

Are you Reserve? The OP is applying for Regular Force.

Yeah I realised that after I posted, I'm a class a reservist.

I'm confused because the op said he had both a fitness and a medical, which he shouldn't have as a reg-f applicant.

This is highly possible, My father does not know the difference between regular and reserve. I'll figure this out asap.
To answer the other two posts, I have applied for regular.
Thanks for the fast replies so far, I very much appreciate it.

This was posted before I called. I just called them 5 minutes ago and the information my step-father gathered was incorrect. The gentleman I spoke with advised me as per my original first-ever post, that my file is still closed and needs to be re-opened the first of November to continue from there. Going to edit that process post, my apologies.

I guess we can say this case is closed, thank you everyone for the information and assistance it was very much appreciated. I'll try and post more as time goes by and get to know you all more.  :cdn:
