Vision question

Did anyone do the test recently? If yes, is it a standard snellen chart? With the first letter being E? Because I have a question, let say I only get the first letter, does that mean I'm 20/200, so I am ranked V3? I really want Artillery, but afraid my eye might screw me on this one, I might have to have eye surgery to get it better later on =/ .
