The right to defend your stuff…

She effed up by shooting at them as they ran down the street, while self defense laws vary wildly from State to State, they rarely allow you to fire at bad guys fleeing the scene and clearly far enough away to not be a threat. Plus her haphazard shooting is going to be seen as reckless. Had she stayed in her house, after they fled and called 911, her use of deadly force would be cut and dried.
 
From the video, it'd be hard to argue she was shooting at the bad guys. Reckless, yes.

As a defensive firearm use, somewhat past "brandishing" and actual application of deadly force.
