Compared to Canada? Small, with apparently very modern equipment. By gosh they even have IFV's (800 CV9040)! Compared with our 278 Infantry Section Carrier (ISC) Light Armored Vehicle (LAV).

Overall, the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters has about 2,100 employees, including civilian personnel.

Could not find the actual number of GOFO, but bet it not anywhere near Canada's 138 GOFO with a ratio of 631 Regular Force members per 1 GOFO.
