This site has some news we never see ranging from the Ottawa Citizen,Victoria Times Colonist to the Edmonton Sun etc.
Yet I have never seen any of these article‘s here in B.C.!

Spr Earl, as a sapper who has served in afghanistan, I would be interested to see what the "free world" has to say about sappers in afghanistan... alas the link seems to have failed. Any synopsis you can give me on that?

Ah, thanks for that updated link. Echo 2 is an Engineer related web site run by a retired Engineer out on the West Coast. The author has no affiliation to any unit - so I agree with eod/sapper - he probably got the story from some of the glory hounds out in 1CER.

He posts articles from every tour wheather it be 1CER, 2CER ,4ESR,or 5 RGC.
