Regarding these for RegForce.. I and my pals always wondered... why do OCdts get recoursed (for whatever PBR reason, medical or otherwise) onto a brand new course, whereas Recruits just join up at whatever "week" they are assessed to be at.
Ie.. if I am a week 5 of 7 (just picking numbers here) for IAP, and I get injured, why do I go back to week 1 or 2, whereas a recruit same situation would restart at week 5?
Im under the impression this is not an issue in the reserves?
