Hi,
Does anyone have an idea when the next QL3 boatswain (which is in French) to Halifax? I am currently in Esquimalt awaiting transfer for this course. Thank you in advance!

Random thought here. Maybe ask your Div O. I think I recall being asked this kind of question in the past. Seemed like it was part of my job.
