Your CFRC does your PLAR, engage them as PLAR is one of the steps in their process.

As was stated, speak with your CFRC. Be sure to provide a copy, both physical and electronic, of all your training, certs, or letters pertaining to your previous service.

Thx for the reply , ref recruiting they have processed me through pretty fast (based on Age) and told me PLAR request was shared to PLAR team in Ottawa, and my next step is show up at the Armoury Thursday night, I just wana make sure my info is received and in the process, I did Brit Basic/Trade (26 weeks) and did 5 yrs Artillery , just wana get all ducks lined up and if I am eligible for reduced BMQ, I prefer to find out before hand, once in unit if it’s anything like Brits they may say Tuff luck

If you're headed there to your armoury on Thursday, have your docs in tow and be prepared to speak to your knowledge and experience. It may be the first time anyone in your unit is hearing that you have previous service, as the link between CFRC and units can be spotty at times.

Best of luck and hope for the best.
