P Res Infantry Officer Training

I have recently completed the initial stages of my application. I am looking to be an Infantry Officer in the P Res. I was wondering what courses are mandatory and how long each course takes. Essentially the time frame from the time of being enrolled to being a fully qualified Officer.

Honestly you should go into the unit that you're applying too and talk to them. Some reserve units do some of their training "in house", others don't.
