old medical diagnostic

hi . when i was kid i was told that i have several condition like suicidal and stuff like this that was false i was like 12 at the time . now im 32 . i never get any problem or see psy or anything about that it was a one time bs dianoanostic and thats it . i dont have any problem or condition i dont take medicine for anything and never had , i was never followed by a psy or anything close to that and never had any problem in my life and . since this is many years old whithout anything following it after i guess it dont really matter for my medic test right ? the medic will understand is old and have nothing following it for years in my medic files history so it will just be ignored ? how this could turn out if you have experience whit something similar . sorry my english is not that great i probadly do mistake

the dianostic i got was false and after that i never get a following or see another doctor or psy or even taking medicine . i was like 12 and im now 32 , i never had any issues whit my health or mental health
