medical coverage when released

Here's a quick question about medical coverage when releasing. what are some companies that provide coverage at decent rates?

If you are an Annuitant, you have the option on Release to continue with both the Public Service Health and Dental Plans.  Being an Annuitant, you can pay right out of your Pension, just like your Reg Pay, at a reduced rate.
