Member got injured doing PT away from work (people still WFH).

CF98 & 663 has been completed, submitted to CoC (civvies)

Question: What does the CoC & mbr have to do next???

TIA

Same thing a military CoC would do. 663 entered into Guardian and CF98 pushed to CO equivalent for signature and distributed IAW with the dist list on the form

Good morning....much appreciated!

And if your civilian CO equivalent resists, push back.

I once submitted a CF 98 to my civilian director and he didn't want to sign because it "wasn't serious enough". I responded that if it was not signed, I would grieve.... and win. He signed.
