Just a small add on to the above on the SoB. To the best of my knowledge, the Canadian Airborne Regiment was not placed on the SoB. It was disbanded.

You are correct.

What's more is that there isn't a CAR perpetuation by any existant regiment today, SoB included. CSOR only perpetuates the First Special Service Force and then jumps to their formation in 2006.
