Hello, I originally applied in 2018 when I was 23, I didn't do well on my CFAT and didn't like what I was offered. Now I am rethinking my choices and I meet all the minimum Requirements for all my choices. Now I am 29, and will be 30 by the time I go to basic if i am deemed medically fit. I'm not in terrible shape but i'm also not in the best shape either. I need the stability and structure that the CAF offers in my life. Also if I get in what are the shacks like?

thank you

At 30 years old you probably won't even be the oldest person on your BMQ; I was on reserves BMQ and one person was 44 and another was 47.

And about physical fitness, if you are passing your FORCE test you should be fine, that's the requirement for entry that was set by the CAF... usually failing BMQ is a quitting or absolutely not trying thing... usually...
Shacks could be a common room, four in a room, single room... In BMQ Regs in Quebec, you are single in a room with a little false-wall on the side

Is that Green sector? They really upgraded the furnishings in the last 15 years. Looks like they removed the C7 locker/cage?
