Long story short, VAC is trying to get me off IRB, but I am in no way, shape or form physical and mental wise to reintegrate back into the workforce. I am not on DEC so how, through my Family Doctor, do I magically convince VAC to keep me on IRB? I need DEC status. What would you recommend and how?

If your doctors are saying you can't work or go to school then that should be enough to show VAC that either you need more help and continue on IRB and see if things improve. If your doctors are saying you won't be able to work now or in the future then that should start the ball rolling for DEC.
