Occupational Transfers for Chronic Sea Sickness are also discussed here,

etc...

Are you also asking about a Component Transfer?

CF H Svcs staff wouldn't be the org that actions a medical COT because of chronic seasickness.  They would provide input as medical professionals that would be considered.

The best option, as I see it, is for you to request an interview with the BPSO/FPSO (Base/Formation Personnel Selection Officer) staff through you COfC.  If you are in Halifax, they are located up in Stad in Bldg S-90 (that last time I was around Hfx atleast)  They deal with changes in MOSIDs for the various reasons (Voluntary, Compulsory, etc) and would be the SMEs on remuster options.  They would also be versed in the proper channels your file should go thru; there is a whole slew of terminology that gets commonly mixed up but, from what you've said I think your case would be a Compulsory Occupation Transfer.  There is a process that the BPSO staff should be able to explain and guide you thru and advise your CofC of the same.
