So, it seems the branch has invested time in defining the official computer age description of our flag.  The narrative is too large to attach/share here, but the take away is to set your colours as follows:

"CME Red" (AKA Brick Red) is R=211, G=040, B=051
"CME Blue" (AKA Royal Blue) is R=039, G=040, B=112

... or just take one of the files from below.
 
Easy way to make your own copy of the RCE flag:

1.  Purchase "Voice of Fire" painting. ($1.8M)

2.  Cut in half across horizontal axis.

3.  Glue together sides.

Obviously your people who were providing input to the rank badges and long-over war commemorations have had some valuable time freed up.

Thank you. Now to send this to a few people as an example of how to define colours in the moderm world.  (Since paint NSNs and Sherwin William paint codes from the 1970s don't work so well.)
